This book, measuring 14 x 10.5 cm, spans 29 pages and contains text in Russian. Published under the auspices of the Irkutsk Soviet Artists' Union, it features 327 listed works and includes an introduction penned by A. P. Zhibinov. Limited to just 200 copies, as of April 2024, no institutional holdings of the catalog have been located.

Nikolai Vasilievich Lodeishchikov (1881-1943) was a noted Russian artist specializing in painting and graphic art. Born in a factory worker's family, Lodeishchikov moved in his youth to the Inzersky Factory near Ufa. He studied art under N. I. Verkhoturov and M. A. Rutchenko in Irkutsk and later at Lev Dmitriev-Kavkazsky's studio in St. Petersburg. Returning to Irkutsk in 1907, he painted primarily cityscapes and scenes from the surrounding Baikal region. His works include "Intendant's Garden" (1924), "From the Top of Senyushina Mountain" (1925), and "Winter on the Angara" (1913). Lodeishchikov also contributed to the war effort with propaganda posters. His legacy is preserved at the Irkutsk Regional Art Museum named after V. P. Sukachev, which houses a significant collection of his works.
