A second issue of the Almanac, published during the fourth year of World War II, amidst Ukraine's significant conflict with Moscow Bolshevism. In the preface, the author states that the context may serve as a partial explanation for any limitations in the Almanac's design and size, "...We find ourselves in an era marked by a vast and intense struggle between two fundamentally different ideologies. This world, in conjunction with Jewish-Moscow Bolshevism, seeks to plunge society into depths of hardship and sorrow. On the other side stands a new vision, promising to usher in a superior system characterized by harmonious collaboration among European nations..."
