An illustrated artist monograph of Mykhailo Hordiiovych Derehus (1904-1997), a distinguished Soviet Ukrainian graphic artist, painter, and educator. In recognition of his exceptional contributions to the arts, he received the prestigious Shevchenko National Prize in 1969. His notable artworks are part of the esteemed collection at the Kuindzhi Art Museum in Mariupol, Ukraine. Derehus' expressive lithographs, characterized by their expressionist style, graced the pages of the 1936 edition of Ivan Kotliarevsky's "Eneida."
