Nikolai Fedorovich Denisovskii (1901-1981) studied at the Stroganov School for Technical Drawing from 1911 to 1917. After the Revolution, he trained for two years at the State Free Art Studios (GSKhM) with Georgiy Yakulov. He co-founded the Constructivist group the Society of Young Artists (OBMOKhU) and exhibited with them in Moscow from 1919 to 1922. During the Civil War, he created stencils for the Russian Telegraph Agency (ROSTA). In the 1920s, his drawings were featured in satirical magazines, and he worked as an illustrator for various publishers, including Gosizdat and Vsekokhudozhnik. He played a pivotal role in founding the TASS editorial office and served as its director from 1941 to 1946, designing around forty posters for the studio. In 1962, he received the title of People's Artist of the RSFSR.
