The official diplomatic "White Book" compiled by the Yugoslav Ministry of Foreign Affairs documenting the economic blockade, political subversion, military provocations, and state-sponsored espionage directed against Josip Broz Tito's regime following the historic 1948 Tito–Stalin split. Published in Belgrade for international distribution, this comprehensive dossier gathers primary diplomatic dispatches, official notes of protest, border violation reports, and detailed economic tables illustrating the complete stoppage of trade between the Soviet bloc and Yugoslavia. The work served as Yugoslavia's primary submission to the United Nations General Assembly in late 1951, providing essential primary documentation for early Cold War international relations and non-aligned movement diplomacy.
