An attractive and well-preserved example of late Imperial Russian commercial ephemera advertising the Trading House of the Brothers P. and A. Fitov in Kishinev. Printed in bold display typography within an elegant ornamental floral border, the broadside announces the firm's regular Friday and Saturday clearance sales (bolshaia prodazha ostatkov), offering remnants and assorted merchandise at substantial discounts. The notice further advertises the ready-made clothing department (v konfeksione), where imported foreign fashions and garments were to be sold at cost price.
