The lot also includes a two-page autograph letter signed by the author, written in Ukrainian on graph paper and addressed to Borys Zybulski in France, discussing the author’s publications and offering to send copies of his books.
The poetry collection Moii Ukraini (1958) reflects the author’s attachment to the Ukrainian homeland and includes poems dedicated to national memory, the struggle of the Ukrainian People’s Republic, and reflections on exile. The prose work Liudy kozatskoho sertsia (1961), presented here in its second part, continues the author’s narrative exploration of the historical and moral experience of Ukrainians shaped by war, displacement, and political upheaval.
