A political manifesto issued by the Narodno-Trudovoi Soiuz rossiiskoi solidarnosti (NTS), a Russian émigré anti-communist organization active since the 1930s, this pamphlet was published during the waning days of Soviet power to rally support for democratic reform and national renewal. It outlines the ideological tenets and historical trajectory of the NTS, including its rejection of both right and left extremism, its emphasis on legal equality and civil society, and its proposed socioeconomic reforms. Also included are discussions of NTS organizational structure and its role in supporting independent labor unions and the Russian Orthodox tradition. Features a striking call to action printed at the top: “Za Svobodnuiu Rossiiu!” [For a Free Russia!]. With domestic contact addresses in Moscow, Leningrad, Saratov, and Gorky, as well as the émigré center address in Frankfurt.
