Sbornik reshenii Soveta NTS [Collection of Resolutions of the Council of NTS]

Frankfurt: Izdanie Soveta Soiuza, 1958. Item #1399

169 pages. 20 cm. In the original publisher’s printed wrappers. Spine significantly worn and frayed, with tears along the hinges and minor losses; foxing and mold throughout wrappers; wrappers detached from the text block.

Rare official publication issued by the Council of the National Labor Union (NTS), a prominent anti-Soviet émigré organization advocating armed resistance and underground work within the USSR. Printed by the Possev publishing house in Frankfurt-am-Main, the central publishing arm of the NTS, this collection documents the decisions of party congresses from July 5–9, 1946 through November 18–21, 1957. It offers a valuable record of postwar political strategy, organizational changes, and ideological direction during the height of Cold War confrontation. Particularly notable for its intended clandestine dissemination behind the Iron Curtain, making it a key primary source for the study of émigré resistance movements.
