A scarce and historically significant émigré publication, this work presents a detailed report by Alexander Nikolaevich Artemov (1909–2002), a key figure in the National Alliance of Russian Solidarists (NTS), presented at the expanded editorial meeting of Posev in September 1951. Known under his real surname, Zaitsev, Artemov was a prominent political activist, editor, and ideological leader. From 1965 to 1971, he served as the editor-in-chief of Posev magazine, and from 1972 to 1984, he chaired the NTS, contributing to the formulation of all major post-war programs of the organization.

The book includes the full text of Artemov’s report on the ideological evolution of Solidarism, followed by extensive discussions from leading Russian émigré intellectuals and activists, including S. P. Desnyansky, G. Shavantsev, G. Krugovoi, A. P. Trushnovich, and others. The volume concludes with closing remarks by Artemov.
