The author of the book describes in detail the life in various prisons of that time. Some descriptions seem unrealistic, such as the "good-natured" policemen kindly talking to prisoners or the fact that most of them "freely" lived during the Revolution of 1905 and the administration did not bother them for nothing.
Scarce; as of April 2020, OCLC, KVK show no copies; not in trade.
