A monthly magazine, published by the overseas delegation of the Russian Social Democratic Labor Party (Mensheviks) in 1921-1965. The founder and the first editor was L. Martov (Yuli Osipovich Zederbaum, 1873-1923), with the participation of Rafail Abramovich (Rhine, 1880-1963). The latest editor in chief is Solomon Schwartz. The magazine was published sequentially in Berlin, Paris and New York. A total of 784 issues were issued.
